Because AgentFlow AI products are digital products delivered electronically, all sales are generally final once access to the files has been provided.

We do not normally offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to use the product
  • Lack of time to use the product
  • Buying the wrong version when the product description was clear
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference after downloading the files
  • Expecting guaranteed leads, sales, income, or business results

When we may offer a refund

We may provide a refund or replacement if:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order
  • You purchased the same product twice by mistake
  • The digital files are corrupted or cannot be accessed and we are unable to provide a working replacement
  • The product delivered is materially different from the product described at the time of purchase
  • A refund is required by applicable consumer law

If you experience a technical issue, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.

Digital product access

Once a digital product has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered, you acknowledge that the product has been supplied immediately and that refund rights may be limited where permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy removes any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or jurisdiction.

Upgrade discounts

If you purchase the AgentFlow AI Starter Kit and later upgrade to the Complete AI Real Estate Agent Kit, any upgrade discount offered is separate from the refund policy and is subject to the terms shown at the time of purchase.
